Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund (excluding initial shipping costs) to the original form of payment or in the form of store credit. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the date you received the return shipping label.

Please note that there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees are waived if you opt to receive store credit.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We may reject the return if items have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. OMICA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, email us at info@shopomica.com. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 48 hours after the delivery date to exchange or get a refund on defective items. Postage will be covered in this instance.

Once we receive your item(s), please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to be inspected and processed. Once your return is processed, please allow 5-10 days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

Intimates and discounted items are final sale and are not subject to a return or exchange.

Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges can only be made once.

There is no return shipping or restocking fee for exchanges.

All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued store credit for the difference between the items (excluding initial shipping costs).
